Pilots - How to Get Involved
There's nothing like the feeling you get after a successful angel flight/rescue flight. If you love flying (who doesn't) and you love helping others, there's no better day. Better still, the "cost of admission" is very reasonable, and it's a great way to build hours.
Lucky Dog Rescue Flights works with organizations that have congruent objectives, such as the Angel Flight network, Pilots n Paws, and Animal Rescue Flights. We do not compete with these organizations. Rather, we work hand-in-hand to help people and animals in need. Lucky Dog Rescue Flights has the unique perspective of wanting to help pilots with the cost of flying.
We are like-minded about the qualifications and responsibility of our pilots. The qualifications for flying differ according to the type of mission.
